A wonderful birthday
I had a great birthday yesterday. It started off with me waking up from a spectacular dream.
I won't go into too many specifics from the dream, but it involved an alien attack, a pregnant and dying Jette (Boots on the site), Lucy Lu and Keri's dad. In the dream I was able to use the skill from my Wilderness First Aid course to at least save Jette's baby. So I was proud of myself all day!
Then I went out into the living room and started finding little pieces of paper that my friends had written notes to me on. They were every where. In my laptop case, the silverware drawer, my cup in the bathroom, underneath the remote controls. So it was like a little scavenger hunt to find them. They said things like, "Happy Birthday", and "You're great" which was loads of fun.
Then I went to work and got presents from Courtney and Jette, which was surprising since I have already received things from them. Like a puzzle with me pasted onto it!
For work in the morning I didn't do anything. Looked for links to post about and responded to messages.
After work in the evening, I went home to find some people hanging out with lots of candy, and root beer and grape soda. And we hung out until I fell asleep at like 7. Which might have been rude, but I was tired!
When I awoke, we watched Arlington Rd. Which was wonderful. Who doesn't love a good conspiracy theory?
The final thing I did was have Peter come running out telling me to look at what Poppy had posted! And this was just the greatest because she had said before that she would never do anything like that for me. So make sure you go check out her 'picspam' (as she calls it, it's a bunch of photos of me). It's a lot of fun!

Hee. I hadn't even realized that Benji was a prime number until Kate told me she as baking 23 cupcakes to take to Buffy Night, and I asked "Why are you baking a prime number of cupcakes?"
