The boots look wet. It is raining outside. Sounds like a recipe for using them to me!Are they for motorcycling?

That sound amplifying headset sounds useful. I was thinking of trying to crack a gang of international sail boat thieves. think I can borrow it?

I got me an external hard drive, which is utterly fantastic, beaming up at me with its warm blue light... I also got a wonderful T-shirt with a drawing of a human heart from my wonderful friend Farluffo which is itself beaming up at me with its... shirtly... ink...Overall, I feel like an overly-felicitous kitten.

My favorite present is definitely my "big present," Firefly the series on DVD. (I'll admit I'm a little more excited about my friend Chrissy's big present from her husband, the complete series of Buffy and S5 of Angel, but that's probably just because I've already seen Firefly.)But I adore all my gifts! I also got a brand new tire gague (spelling?) and bookends and a martini glass that lights up! :D

I got an electric/acoustic guitar, which is amazing. I've been playing the guitar my mom got for Christmas 30 years ago since I learned five years ago, and now I finally have a guitar of my own! But I have to say that my gift is not nearly as neat as Peter's or as creepy as Omer's gift to Benji. Whose family is that?Boatswain The Fool

Benji -- seriously? Well, until I go home for Spring Break I'll have two of them on my hands, and I don't have a bad tire anymore either. So, you're welcome to borrow it anytime.And I must say, as handsome as Scabbie's family is, Farluffo's certainly has a "Trespassers will be shot, and then shot again" kinda vibe, and I have a healthy respect for that many guns in one photograph. I mean, if I'm on the Scabbie family's property, what are they going to do -- smile at me charmingly?
