How nice you are, CompUSA!
It is a little known fact that CompUSA let's you borrow their products. Yes, its true. You of course have to pretend that you are purchasing whatever you want to borrow. And you can only borrow for up to 21 days. And you have to actually pay for the item. So while you are borrowing it you are without that money.
I have been known to use this service of theirs quite often. I have, 'borrowed' a keyboard, an ipod, an ipod nano, a tivo like thing, an iSight and I think a couple other things. Well, today I went and borrowed an Apple Cinema display. What fun! But the exerience quickly soured.
For starters, the display they gave me had already been borrowed by somebody else. Don't go for used electronics, you just can never know if they were properly loved. I brought it home and started setting it up and found that I am missing a crucial cord that is in Colorado. How depressing! What kind of crap is that!
So my borrowed electronic will be going back tomorrow. :(

That's exactly why I don't use Macs... all of the cords are at Benjamin's apartment in Colorado. Are you going to borrow it again when you get back to the Springs and have your cord once more?

I don't think so. It was a little stressful spending $800 on something that I didn't actually want. If I had hurt it at all I would have been stuck with it. :(
