Road trip
So, my post last week asking about what I should do this weekend was a complete ruse. I knew what I was doing this weekend and I didn't talk about it in the post.
I was actually planning on surprising Omer in Los Angeles for his birthday with Keri, Michael and Joy!
Oh so it was his birthday this weekend?
Nope. Almost, though! His birthday was actually last Tuesday. But people always expect surprise parties on their birthday. Our plans would have been foiled! (plus most of us had to work)
Oh, so you flew out to LA?
Nope. We drove the 20 hours each way. But there was lots of great chatting and bonding among us travelers.
Oh, so you took a couple of days off or had a long weekend?
Nope. We were in his company all of 8 hours yesterday. But it was pretty much non-stop giggles and fun.
Needless to say I am completely exhausted and my body hurts everywhere. But the look on his face when we popped out from behind the bushes made everything worth it.
Basically, the last 48 hours have been amazing.

By the way, for the people who weren't there, this was, I believe, the best thing to have happened ever. Seriously, we're working on getting it into the Guinness Book of World Records.
Seriously. Wow.

Here is a graph of the visits to this website for the last month (click to view full):
That day that is much lower than every other day was Saturday. A day in which, Keri, Mike, Joy and me were all unable to be at our computers, and in which Omer and Poppy spent a good portion of the day hanging out with us.
I thought that was pretty darn funny!
