I recently heard about Food Based Healing. You guys should look it up. A lot of it is about how everyone throws away the most valuable parts of fruits and vegetables...the seeds, stems, leaves, etc... These are the parts that contain phytochemicals which are pretty important b/c they allow cells to detoxify themselves.

wait, were you the one who cooked the fish?? salmon is delicious! that dinner sounds yummy!! You just need a little bit of garlic and paprika on the fish...some cheese in your salad...and long grain brown rice...mmm, you are making me hungry!

I completely agree with Beca! Yum!
... Wait, you do mean Swedish Salmon, right? ... And, a gummy worm salad, obviously -- you gotta get your protein.

If I had been eating swedish fish and gummy worms my expression would have been quite different, Omer.

Every time I pull up this post to look at the comments I miss read the last sentence as, "Eating the dietitians is hard!"
