Scruffy Six Eleven
So it is that time of year again. Christmas is coming up. Which means my birthday is coming up. Which means everyone should start thinking about getting me lots of presents. To make things easy on you I should make a list... but I am having trouble thinking of things so I want to do a little brainstorm of sorts on interesting presents.
So here is the next scruffy six!
What are the top six things you want for the holiday season, presents-wise?

These are the first six things that come to mind: Note that some of them aren't very practical or realistic. But if you are going to answer the questions make them practical so I can get more ideas.1. Powered transportation of some sort. Like a nice life-sized motorcycle or car.
2. One of those new iPods! I'll give you me slightly older one! It works great, still!
3. Computer gadgets wise: A scanner, maybe? Maybe a light weight solar powered battery charger? A printer? A flat screen monitor?
4. A signed hardback copy of Sometimes a Great Notion.
5. Clothes wise: Some more button up shirts from L.L. Bean? Maybe some more undershirts? I could never have too many undershirts. I don't remember my favorite size or brand. I'll have to get back to you on that one. An arguile sweater? A ribbed sweater? Flanel lined jeans? Some more athletic socks?
6. A kitten? A friend here at school got two and they are so much fun! But of course you would have to hang on to the kitten for me until I am living some place where I am allowed to have animals.
I guess that's all for now. Maybe I'll answer the question again later for kicks.

1. a full paid trip to europe2. practical winter clothes, including wool sweaters, a coat that covers my thighs, and not ugly boots.
3. a nice camera
4. art supplies, and a place to paint (ie. my own studio apartment?)
5. Kliener's Art Through the Ages, hardcover, 20th edition....the newest one
6. a personal assistant, to take care of my homework, and my social life

1. What I really want... What I really want is one of those time machine necklaces that Hermoine is so fond of. Oh, man... that would make my life so much easier right now!2. A dog or cat... preferably a dog or cat that can do the following: a) take care of itself, b) speak Ancient Greek fluently, c) transmit knowledge of Ancient Greek to me through osmosis or some similar process, d) comply with Res Life's no-dog/no-cat policies and e) provide some sort of monetary support for our dormhold.
3. The ability to write (specifically papers)
4. The ability to read (specifically papers)
5. A night during which I have no work, homework or otherwise... Actually... that should be at the top of my list... That would be so nice...
