Sex and the City

So apparently all my titles these days are just going to be titles from tv shows and movies. I apologize if you haven't seen lots and lots of Sex and the City. For if you haven't this won't be interesting.

Anyway. So I was reading the summaries of past episodes (it was very tempting to read about the second half of season six, the only ones I haven't seen, but I was able to resist) and I have a quick question. When you read the summaries they all end in, "and Carrie realized..." How can someone realize something completely new about themselves every god damn week? And do the questions bother anyone else? Stop asking questions every episode!

I also got on the Bulletin Boards (scroll down) and most everyone there loves Aiden and doesn't like Big. And this is driving me absolutely crazy. For one, Carrie didn't choose Big over Aiden, Aiden broke up with her. And two, I absolutely love big. I watched season two these last couple weeks, and everyone I was watching them with hated Big. I personally can't get enough of him. Yes, he obviuosly has some commitment issues. But so does Carrie (see episode where Aiden breaks up with her). But you can see that deep down he is a nice guy that truely cares about her. Who cares if he is sarcastic. And a little unavailable emotionally. I don't!

um, do you know WHY Aiden broke up with Carrie? Because that would make anyone hate Big, also, Big does some pretty nasty stuff to Carrie, and he keeps leading her on and stuff, and in general just makes her life a living hell. And, Carrie HAS to ask questions, that is the basis of the show, it is her column, so there wouldn't be a show without the questions, otherwise it would just be a bunch of beautiful women having lots of sex, they have to make some sort of plot...I think...

But it seems to me that the questions only make her seem like worse of a writer. Of course she has to have a column. But she doesn't need to ask a question to get every column started.

And I am not even going to get started on Mr. Big. I know he is a good guy at heart and I guess I am the only one.
