Sleep
Sleep is such a nice thing. It is so pleasant, fluffy and warm. My only problem with it is that my internal clock just doesn't seem to agree with it. At around 8 o'clock I am so tired that I feel I could sleep for hours, but one can't go to sleep at 8. There are things to do. Then around 11:30 or 12:00 when I should be winding down I wake up completely and spend the night doing useless crap. It is a sick and horrible cycle.

I believe it's called a "second wind". No, wait. I know it's called a "second wind". You need to drink some caffeine at around 7:00 pm daily. It'll do you good and keep you up late enough to get things done. And then you'll crash, and become exhausted again.
