The fates are truly against me.
So, not only have I added another body part to my list of ailments (my shoulders) but I have just learned a truly crushing bit of information.
Harrison Ford is filming a movie at 39th and Fremont in Portland, OR. 39th and Fremont is about 2 miles from home there. 2 miles!! (Incidentally it is mere blocks from First Mate Beca's home)
But am I in Portland? Noooooo. I have to be in Boulder, CO when this happens! What horrible twist of cruel fate is this?! Not only that, but Beca's boyfriend saw that man himself! In person!
That could be me!
And, I kid you not my compassionate pirate friends, it gets worse. I looked on IMDB at Harrison Ford's page and it lists him as currently filming a movie called Crowley. The movie sounds pretty lame, but it is co starring a Ms. Keri Russell and a Mr. Brendan Frasier. Keri Russell and Brendan Frasier! The three of them are probably out on the corner right now chatting! In Portland!
I don't deserve this cruel punishment.

yeah, i know the feeling. i remember when home alone was filmed in my neighborhood and i couldn't go. i was too young to cross the street or something
