Yay for web development!
I have been working on a little utility of sorts this weekend and it is finally finished. and I am sharing it with all of you.
It is a way to have access to links that you use often. But it is so much more. I have been using a rough version of it for about 2 months now. It can be found at links.thescruffypirate.org.
To get an idea of what it does, you can check out the page I have created. The search box searches the links on the page. It is very quick for finding a link. I just open a new tab and start typing and I am off. No stupid mouse.
You can add links and groups dynamically. And there is dragging and dropping organizing. (but to see all that the drag and dropping you are going to have to create your own).

You can grab the text of the links to move them, but then when you let go it opens the link. I'd either make it so it doesn't open the link if you move it, or doesn't allow you to move the link by grabbing the text. As it is it's kinda confusing at first, I couldn't figure out why the page kept disappearing.

yeah, I know. I am using a javascript library called script.aculo.us. And that is the way it works. It is on my list of things to change.
The best thing to do is grab the list marker (the circle or square) next to the link.

i think it's great! though i haven't really had time to add my links yet, i can't wait til i do. and it really is quite fast...
