IdeaPaint: Dry Erase WALLS
Paint that makes a wall a giant dry erase board. It is kinda spendy (200$/50ft2) but claims to be some of the best white board action out there.
I have gone the DIY route before and while we did have a giant whiteboard at the beginning, it sort of ended up as a giant gray board that is hard to erase.
So, as soon as I get my own place! Man, I tell you!

we did this in loomis! except we kept the ink there too long so we had to bleach it off in the end...

Except the cool thing about this is that they are guaranteeing white-board-ness comparable to or better than say would be in the CC Math department. No bleach needed here!
